Natural generation

Oak pressure plates can generate in some plains village houses and in trial chambers (some dispenser traps and a hidden chamber in the "Intersection 2" room). Acacia pressure plates can generate in some savanna village houses. Spruce pressure plates can generate in some snowy tundra, taiga, and snowy taiga village houses.

Usage

Each type of wooden pressure plate functions exactly the same as the other wooden pressure plates.

Activation

Wooden pressure plates can be activated by most entities (including players, mobs, items, arrows, experience orbs, fishing bobs, etc.). Certain entities, however (such as players in spectator mode and markers), cannot activate them nor keep them activated. , Item Frames and glow item frames cannot activate wooden pressure plates but they can still keep them activated. After being activated, a wooden pressure plate periodically checks every 20 game ticks if there are still entities on top of it. If none are found, the pressure plate returns to its inactive state. The signal strength emitted by a wooden pressure plate is always 15.

Fuel

Overworld wooden pressure plates can be used as a fuel in furnaces, smelting 1.5 items per pressure plate. Nether wood pressure plates (crimson and warped), cannot be used as fuel in a furnace.
