Deep Frozen Ocean

The deep frozen ocean is a deep variant of frozen oceans. Unlike the regular frozen ocean, the water surface is not covered with ice, though icebergs still generate in the water.

Deep frozen oceans replace deep oceans in the frozen temperature zones, next to frozen oceans and mushroom fields. They are twice as deep as regular frozen oceans, and may border deep cold oceans near higher temperatures.

Like any other deep ocean, ocean monuments generate here. Icebergs generate like in normal frozen oceans, but unlike the normal frozen ocean, the water's surface is not frozen. The ocean floor consists of one layer of gravel,‌[JE only] followed by stone and variants without any vegetation, and few aquatic mobs spawn. Rare islands are also stony but may have some grass blocks with vegetation.
