Horse Armor

Horse armor is a type of armor that can be equipped on a tamed adult horse or zombie horse to reduce the damage it receives. There are six tiers of horse armor; only leather and netherite armor can be crafted or smithed respectively; the rest must be found as generated loot.

In Bedrock Edition, due to a bug, zombies, as well as husks, zombie villagers, and drowned can also pick up and equip horse armor.[1]

Only leather and netherite horse armor can be created; other horse armor can be obtained only from chest loot from structures listed above.
