History

When Nico and prepared to fire the Navy Cannon on the , Navy suggested Nico craft the Navy Cape, and he agreed. He crafted it and placed it on Navy's back before launching him in the cannon, allowing Navy to use the cape to steer in midair and hit their target.[1]
