Potone diamond ore must be mined with an iron hoe or better, otherwise it drops nothing.

Breaking potone diamond ore drops one diamond, unless mined with a Silk Touch hoe. It is affected by Fortune enchantment, dropping an average of 1.33 diamonds with level I, 1.75 diamonds with level II, and 2.2 diamonds with level III.
