Silence Armor Trim

Silence armor trim is a type of smithing template used in smithing tables to add a decorative trim to armor. It is consumed when used, but can be duplicated using an existing template, cobbled deepslate, and diamonds.

Obtaining

This item is found in most chests in ancient cities, except the chests found in the ice box rooms. Once obtained, it can be duplicated using the crafting recipe below.

Usage

It is an ingredient in its own recipe, making it possible to craft copies after the initial item is found.

Using the smithing table, the silence armor trim can be applied to any armor piece, using any trim material.

Trivia

The silence armor trim appears to have sculk creeping onto / infecting it. The silence armor trim is the rarest trim, due to being found in ancient cities in the deep dark, and having only a 1.2% chance to be present per chest.
