Stencil Displays are entities exclusive to the April Fools' snapshot 23w13a_or_b. They can only be created with the /summon command. It shares a lot of data tags with other Display entities.
It is unknown what the use of the entity is, if any at all.
When spawned in with no data specified, it ppears solid white, and is unaffected by lighting.
