The swaggiest stairs ever is available in the Creative inventory, and naturally generates in the "missing" dimension. It is also seen in other dimensions, one of them being the "gallery" dimension.
The swaggiest stairs ever drops itself if mined with a diamond pickaxe or better. If mined with any other tool, it drops nothing.
