The Copper Age
The Copper Age is a game drop released on September 30, 2025 as Java Edition 1.21.9 and Bedrock Edition 1.21.111.[1][2] It introduces copper armor, tools and weapons, the copper golem and associated copper chest, and various copper decorations, as well as shelves.
During development, the update was referred to as Fall Drop 2025 and Drop 3 2025. The final name of the update was revealed in a Minecraft.net article on August 28, 2025.[3]
Experimental features for the update were released prior to the finalized release as part of Bedrock Edition 1.21.100.
