Tutorial:Menu screen (Bedrock Edition)
This tutorial will help you understand and navigate through all of the menu screens of Bedrock Edition. All menu screens, options and buttons are explained in detail, with the help of images. Although it is mostly self-explanatory, some things may need explaining, especially if you are a new player. If you need help navigating through menu screens or understanding a setting, simply find the appropriate section of this tutorial. This tutorial starts with a short explanation on getting started the first time you enter Minecraft.
After starting Minecraft: Bedrock Edition the first time after downloading, a variant of the title screen opens and welcomes the player with a pop-up message, offering them to sign in with or create a Microsoft account. The welcome message is automatically translated into the language set in the device settings. You can either press the green 'Sign in now' button to sign in with your Microsoft account and gain access to online features, or press 'Maybe later' to enter the game without a Microsoft account.
Next, you can view the "Get started" screen. The screen opens up for first time installation of the game. It looks like the normal main menu, except for the 'Get started' button which opens a world creation menu. Below this button, there is a small text, 'More options', which opens the normal main menu when pressing it.
