Vex Armor Trim

Vex armor trim is a type of smithing template used in smithing tables to add a trim to armor. It is consumed when used, but can be duplicated using an existing template, cobblestone, and diamonds.

Obtaining

This item is found in woodland mansions. Once obtained, it can be duplicated using the crafting recipe below.

Generated loot

Note: Only woodland mansion chests with random loot have the chance to contain the Vex Smithing Template; chests in the "Allium room", "Sapling farm", "Tree-chopping room" and "Fake End portal room" always generate with the same loot, specific to their respective rooms.

Usage

It is an ingredient in its own recipe, making it possible to craft copies after the initial item is found.

Using the smithing table, the Vex armor trim can be applied to any armor piece, using any trim material

Trivia

The vex armor trim resembles an evoker's robe, while the helmet trim resembles an illager's eyebrows. As an item in the inventory, it resembles the wing or the vein texture of a vex.
