Windswept Forest

The windswept forest or extreme hills plus trees biome is a more humid variant of the windswept hills filled with spruce and oak trees.

Windswept forests generate instead of windswept hills in areas with high humidity. They generate at medium to the coldest temperature ranges, bordering all types of forests and taigas. Commonly, they surround swamp biomes, and near higher temperatures they border windswept savannas. Windswept forests can generate close to, but never border windswept gravelly hills.

A lush cave may also generate under windswept forests due to its high humidity, but when the biome generates far inland, dripstone caves may generate beneath it instead.
