A bamboo is a feature that consist of bamboo blocks, found throughout jungle biomes.

Bamboo features are made of bamboo blocks. They can be found in jungles and much more commonly in bamboo jungles.

If the feature generates in a bamboo jungle, then there is a chance for a podzol disk to generate under the bamboo stalk. This is one of few places podzol naturally appears outside of old growth taigas and trial chambers. In bamboo jungles, overlapping podzol disks of various sizes will cover almost all of the biome's surface.

The height of the bamboo stalk varies between 5 and 16 blocks, but if there is an obstacle blocking it then it will be cut short.
